Florentijn Verhagen assists companies that are faced with difficulties and advices on the restructuring of debts of loans, on restarts and on disputes with the official receiver. He himself is also regularly appointed as an official receiver.

Florentijn has studied corporate law at Utrecht University. He also studied at Nottingham Trent University, where he focused on international insolvency law.
