Ruud Vermeer is specialised in civil real estate law. He frequently advises and litigates in the field of tenancy law, both business space as living space. He has also gained extensive experience at the intersection of franchise law and rental law. He assists investors, national and international retailers, project developers and brokers.

He also regularly acts for franchisors and franchisees. In  2022 he completed the postgraduate specialization course in Real Estate at the Grotius Academy.

Ruud is a member of the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers.
