On October 8, 2024, the District Court of Amsterdam pronounced the bankruptcies of Jordan NL Holding B.V., Jordan NL B.V., Jordan NL Factory B.V. and Jordan NL Warehouse B.V. The companies are also known as Dunkin’ Donuts. Derk van Geel has been appointed receiver.

For goods in respect of which you claim a retention of title, invoke a right of recovery and/or believe you have a right of ownership on other grounds, you are required to indicate this in good time when submitting the claim. You must digitally upload all underlying invoices, agreements, applicable general terms and conditions and any correspondence evidencing the claimed right. Without these documents, the validity of your asserted security interest cannot be assessed.
