Merijn van Engelen works within act legal’s mergers and acquisitions practice. He assists companies in (cross-border) acquisition transactions. He also advises on corporate governance issues and corporate disputes.

Merijn received his bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Utrecht and his master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice from the University of Amsterdam.
