Floor van den Berg is associate within the corporate & commercial litigation section of act legal. She advises, among other things, in disputes of a contractual or corporate nature. In doing so, she assists directors, shareholders, depositary receipt holders, investors and other stakeholders.

Floor studied at Utrecht University to obtain her bachelor degree and has obtained her Master’s degree in Law with a specialisation in Corporate Law at Leiden University.
