Sander van Veen specializes in commercial and corporate litigation practice. He assists companies, shareholders, directors, supervisory directors and other stakeholders in preventing and resolving business disputes. Examples include disputes regarding commercial contracts, business acquisitions and the relationship between a company and its shareholders.

Sander obtained his master’s degree in Corporate Law from the VU University Amsterdam and studied for a year at the University of Cambridge, where he studied English contract law, corporate law and IP law.
